MONDAY WORKFLOW (SERVICE SYSTEMS DAY)

7 AM – 7:30 AM

  • Review unresolved issues
  • Review callbacks and repeats

7 AM – 8:30 AM (Service Meeting)

  • Technical training
  • Safety review
  • Performance coaching
  • Weekly expectations

Vehicle Inspections (After Meeting)

  • Cleanliness
  • Fluids and fuel
  • Tires
  • Maintenance alerts
  • Tool inventory
  • PPE

All deficiencies corrected within 24 hours if possible.

Late Morning – Afternoon

  • Support field technicians
  • Review job documentation
  • Review next-day installs

TUESDAY – THURSDAY WORKFLOW (PRODUCTION DAYS)

7:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Install Deployment)

  • Confirm crew attendance
  • Review scope
  • Answer questions
  • Verify materials
  • Confirm PPE and tools

8:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Service Start-Up)

  • Review schedules
  • Route optimization
  • Address concerns

Midday

  • Handle field issues
  • Support warehouse (inventory, cleanliness, preparing)
  • Support CSR when needed

Between Calls = Prep Time

  • Stage next-day materials
  • Verify inventory
  • Review job files
  • Prepare checklists

**THURSDAY (TRAINING & QUALITY REVIEW)** for Install meeting Friday

  • Review problem jobs
  • Identify trends
  • Document errors
  • Prepare Friday training
  • Submit plan to GM (Keating)

FRIDAY WORKFLOW (INSTALL TRAINING + SERVICE PREP for Monday)

Morning

  • Install meeting/training
