Non-Standard Box Pricing

The Workiz price book covers standard Winsupply pricing - built for our normal, everyday parts and equipment. It's not built to handle outliers: manufacturer-specific parts, high-cost specialty equipment, or boxes where the part cost swings a lot depending on brand or availability. This sheet is for those outliers.

Steps:

  1. Call the local manufacturer and get total cost with tax (commercial is no tax).
  2. Find the corresponding box type below to find the multiplier.
  3. Take total cost with tax and multiply it by the multiplier.
  4. Change pricebook item cost to the new number.

Example: AH evap coil, upflow, total cost with tax $1,400 → multiplier 4x ($1,400 × 4) = $5,600 → update pricebook item cost to $5,600.

Air Handler Evaporator Coils

  • Horizontal: 5x
  • Upflow: 4x

Cased Coils (Slide In / Slide Out)

  • Horizontal: 7x
  • Upflow: 6.25x

Condensing Unit Replacement

  • Straight Cool or Heat Pump: 4.25x

Compressor

  • 4x

Air Handler

  • Horizontal: 5x
  • Upflow: 4x

Furnace

  • Upflow: 5x
  • Horizontal: 4x

Proprietary Boxes (Condenser / Furnace / Air Handler)

  • 3.25x across the board

Package Units

2.5x – Crane cost added separately
