Former employees who wish to return to the company may be considered for rehire based on their prior employment record, reason for separation, and current business needs. All rehire requests must go through management and HR review before any offer is extended. As part of the process, we may verify previous performance, attendance, and eligibility for reemployment. Being previously employed does not guarantee rehire, but strong past performance and a positive departure history will be taken into account.
