Tools Needed:

  • Workiz – managing memberships, controlling automations

Process:

  • All memberships are on an automatic renewal going forward
  • For older memberships on annual, non-renewal plan, customers will receive an email 30 days ahead of expiration.
  • CSR should monitor these and reach out to get them onto auto renew/monthly plan.
