• WP Engine Access > to publish articles

Frequency Of Posts

• One new article per week
  • Maintain calendar of articles to plan out which topics will be published.
• Coordinate publishing of new articles with highlighting them in email marketing efforts
  • Publish social post on Metricool with image from article.

Content Curation:

• Copy for Resource Center Article
  • Use ChatGPT or other AI tools to create content based on Article Title.
  • Prompt for Article (existing content) > “Edit the following content to create an article for my blog that is between 600-900 words long. The primary goal is education and our main audience is home owners. We want to educate our clients to make informed decisions about their HVAC systems. Closely follow this writing style: Use clear, direct language and avoid complex terminology. Aim for a Flesch reading score of 80 or higher. Use the active voice. Avoid adverbs.
