Types of Emails
- 1 Marketing Email Sent out bi-weekly
- The goal is to have a bi-weekly email cadence that highlights educational topics from Gold Eagle
- May include: latest resources published, promotions, recent testimonials, seasonal tips
- Ongoing email automation journeys based on various campaigns
- Set up automations that users can join to promote various topics or campaigns.
- May include: guide to HVAC longevity; series of tips; highlighting SBYN podcast episodes; etc.
Content Curation
- Assets
- Login to Canva > create headers, graphics, and other by following existing brand guidelines and using templates (may create new templates)
- Email Calendar
- Use Google Sheet to create and maintain email marketing calendar > build out emails in Mailchimp ahead of time > get approval for emails at least 1 week prior to send date.
