Process:

  • Call comes in
    • First CSR available answers call and follows call scripts (LINK NEEDED)
    • If Genius Answering takes the call > Listen back to the recording to see if further action is needed
    • Tag the phone call
      • Bad Lead
      • SQL
      • Spam
